Text messages

What we send. Blue Ruin Consulting LLC sends text messages to people who ask for them, most often through the chat on this site. Texts include replies to your questions, call scheduling and reminders, follow-ups, and occasional updates and offers about our sales consulting services.

Your consent. When you check the consent box and submit the chat form, you agree to receive these texts at the number you gave, which may be sent using automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

How often. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. You may get one final text confirming you have opted out. To start again, reply START.

Help. Reply HELP to any text, email contact@blueruinconsulting.com or call (801) 332-9340.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We never share your mobile number or texting consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy page.

Using this site

This site describes our services in general terms. Every engagement runs on the written scope and agreement we sign with each client, and that agreement controls if anything here differs.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows the current version.
