HomeRepeatable sales process
Build a sales process that runs without you in the room.
A sales process is repeatable when the outcome stops depending on which rep happened to pick up the phone.

Signs you do not have one yet
- Your best rep's numbers are double everybody else's, and nobody can say exactly why
- Two reps describe your sales process differently when you ask them separately
- New hires take months to get productive, and how long depends on who trained them
- Objections feel random, and the answer changes depending on who is handling them
- You can tell a call went badly but you cannot point at the moment it went wrong
The four-part call flow
Every call we build runs on four parts. Reps learn them in order, and coaching gets a shared vocabulary instead of vague feedback.
- Intro. Earn the right to ask questions. Many calls that go wrong go wrong here.
- Discovery. Find the real problem, in the buyer's own words, including the ones they did not point at.
- Education. Connect what they told you to the cause they cannot see, and to what it is costing them.
- Close. One recommendation, not a menu. Too many options give the buyer a reason to wait.
We teach it with an analogy your reps can still repeat a month later, so the structure holds up on a live call.
Objections surface at the close and are caused at the start
This is the most common thing we find. A team calls about closing rates. We listen to calls and the close is fine. The problem is that discovery never found anything worth closing on, so the rep arrives at the end with nothing to tie the recommendation to.
How we install it
- We sell your product ourselves and find the flow that works on your buyers
- We write it down while it is fresh
- We build training materials so it can be taught, not just described
- We coach your reps live and revise anything the calls disagree with
The point is a process that holds up when you are busy, when a rep leaves, or when several new hires start the same month.

What is a repeatable sales process?
A sales process is repeatable when the result does not depend on which rep took the call. The steps are written down, every rep runs the same ones, and when a call goes wrong you can point at the step that caused it.
How long does it take to put one in place?
The call flow can be built and taught quickly. Making it stick takes coaching over several weeks, because reps revert under pressure until the new pattern is comfortable. You get the scope and hours in writing before work starts.
Our close rate is the problem. Why are you talking about discovery?
Because in most teams we look at, the close is not what is broken. Objections surface at the close, but they are caused in the first five minutes. We check before assuming either way.
Does this work for direct-to-consumer sales, or only B2B?
Both. The vocabulary changes and the cycle is shorter, but the structure of a call that works is the same.
