Plain notes on what we collect, what we don't, and how payments are handled.

Privacy

We collect only the information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your business needed to do the work. We do not sell or rent that information.

A small number of service providers help run this site, for scheduling, form handling, chat and text messages, and basic visitor counts, and we do not run advertising trackers. Client call recordings and internal materials are used solely to deliver the engagement they were provided for.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; we never see or store your full card number.

To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email contact@blueruinconsulting.com.

Text messages

If you send us your mobile number through the chat on this site and check the consent box, we use that number to reply to you and to send the texts you agreed to. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Full details are in our Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. All payment card processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified processor. Blue Ruin Consulting LLC does not process, transmit, or store cardholder data on its own systems.
