HomeSales training
Sales training for teams that already have reps.
Most sales training happens in a classroom and fades within a few weeks. We start somewhere else: on the phone with your buyers.
Not ready to talk? Score your sales process in 2 minutesWe sell your product ourselves first. Before we teach anybody anything, we get on the phone with your actual buyers and find out how the product really sells. Then we write down what worked, build the training around it, and train your reps on it. Prove it, document it, transfer it.
How a training engagement runs
- We take live calls. Real prospects, real objections, not a role-play in a conference room.
- We write the process from what worked. The call flow, the language, and the transitions that held it together.
- We build training materials your team can reuse, so the process holds up for your next hire and the one after that.
- We coach your reps on the material. Recorded one-on-one sessions, each ending with one written thing to change before next time.
Who this is for
Companies with reps already hired, selling B2B or direct to consumer, from a single rep to large sales floors. If you are still deciding whether to hire your first rep, it is early for this. If you have people on the phone right now and their results are all over the map, that is exactly the problem we solve.
What you walk away with
- A call flow your reps can follow under pressure
- Training material that onboards the next hire without you in the room
- Recorded coaching sessions your team can go back to
- A written summary after every session with one clear action
Common questions.
How much does sales training cost?
Every engagement is scoped in writing before any work starts, with the deliverables, the estimated hours, and the total agreed up front. Cost depends on the size of your team and whether you want the playbook built as well as the coaching. The free 15-minute call carries no obligation.
Do you train B2B teams, direct-to-consumer teams, or both?
Both, and often the same company running both. The principle does not change. The rep has to be the authority on the call, and the call has to have a structure.
Do you actually get on the phone with our customers?
Yes. That is the part that makes the rest work. We sell your product ourselves, so the training is built on what actually closed, not on generic sales theory.
What size teams do you work with?
Any size. One rep is enough to start, and the same process scales to large sales floors. The only requirement is that you already have people selling.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. We work with teams across the country, and coaching and call review run remotely.
